Booking Process

Get a Referral:
Ask your GP for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and a referral letter to Chista Psychological Services.
2.
Email Your Documents
Email the MHCP and referral letter to chistapsychology@yahoo.com
We’ll then provide some paperwork to complete before your first session.
3.
Book an Appointment
After completing the paperwork and getting the all clear from us, book in an appointment bellow:

Receive Confirmation
You’ll get an appointment confirmation and reminder, with telehealth details for your session.
